On December 1, 2019, Microsoft Office 365 customers will no longer be able to connect third party PBX phone systems with Microsoft Exchange Online Unified Messaging. CX-E delivers UM to Office 365 while integrating with a customer's current and future PBX investments.
AVST merged in October 2017 to become your trusted provider of secure communications solutions. We have taken a cautious approach to introducing change around the AVST brand, but after 12 months, it's time to take the next step in introducing the new XMedius.
We released Software Update 1 for CX-E 9 in September. There are a number of features in this release, but the Microsoft enhancements are attracting the most interest, specifically embedded voicemail transcription and AudioCodes Media Gateway support.
Are your customers still on running CX-E 8.5? It reached End of Support on August 31, 2018. With a current XpressCare maintenance contract, you can upgrade your customer's CX-E without incurring additional software costs.
